Closed, Gamma-irradiated, OPTIMIZED FOR TFDF 

tfdf_proconnex_hero.jpgThe ProConnex® TFDF™ Flow Path provides a single-use, Gamma-irradiated assembly of the TFDF™ Filter (1), disposable pump head, integrated sensors, tubing and aseptic connectors. ProConnex® TFDF™ Flow Paths arrive dry, NaOH freen and ethanol, enabling a zero flush start state. Bioreactor feed stream enters the bottom port (2). Retentate travels through the lumen and exits the top of the tube (3). Permeate exits the enclosure through the lower permeate port (4).

Capacity Increases with Tube Number and Length

TFDF™ filtration capacity increases with effective tube length and the number of tubes per enclosure. The effective length of the filter increases from 2.2 cm to 108 cm. The effective length of the filter may be less than the physical length of the filter. The number of tubes increases from 1-40 per enclosure.
